There's no send button on our end. You get a drafted message and a Copy button. You paste it into your own email and you press send.

You can turn it off yourself, anytime.

Duetriage's access is a scoped permission inside your own QuickBooks account settings — the same mechanism as every app in the QuickBooks App Store. You revoke it from your side, in QuickBooks, in a few clicks. We never hold a password; there is no password to hand back.

What Duetriage reads

Duetriage connects to your QuickBooks Online account and reads: invoice records (numbers, line descriptions, amounts, due dates), customer names and email addresses, and payment history for up to 24 months back (what was paid, when, and how that compares to a customer's own past pattern).

What Duetriage never reads

Duetriage does not read, and has no code path that requests: your bank account or routing numbers, your QuickBooks login or password, or any card/payment-processor data.
